Terms of Use

Effective July 30, 2026

These Terms govern access to vixaengine.com, the public website for VIXA operated by Blaber Inc. (Delaware). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. Commercial pilots and production services require separate written agreements.

1. Website purpose

The website provides general information about VIXA and allows organizations to submit business inquiries. It does not itself grant a license to VIXA technology, create a customer relationship or guarantee access to a pilot, API or production service.

2. Accurate inquiries

When submitting the form, you agree to provide information you are authorized to share and that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You may not use the website to transmit unlawful, deceptive, harmful or confidential third-party information without authorization.

3. Lawful and consent-aware use

Any proposed use of VIXA must comply with applicable privacy, employment, communications, consumer-protection and sector-specific laws. Customers are responsible for providing required notices, obtaining appropriate consent and defining authorized access to audio and derived signals.

4. Probabilistic voice intelligence

Voice signals are probabilistic context, not facts, diagnoses or proof of a person's intent, truthfulness or character. Results may vary with language, culture, recording quality, channel conditions, noise, context and deployment configuration.

VIXA is not a lie detector and should not be represented as one.

5. Human review and high-impact decisions

VIXA is designed to support trained people and configured systems. It must not be the sole basis for hiring, guilt, eligibility, emergency response or other decisions that materially affect a person's rights, safety or opportunities.

High-impact workflows require validation, operating controls, escalation paths and meaningful human review.

6. Intellectual property

The website, VIXA name, branding, text, graphics, software concepts and other materials are owned by or licensed to Blaber Inc. Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual-property rights or grants permission to copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative commercial materials.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may rely on or link to third-party services. Blaber Inc. does not control their availability, security, content or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

8. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis for general information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blaber Inc. disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Product capabilities, availability and deployment requirements may change and are defined only in a signed commercial agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blaber Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the public website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning the public website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Questions may be sent to Blaber Inc. at tech@blaber.app.
