Privacy Policy
Effective July 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Blaber Inc. (Delaware), operating VIXA, collects, uses, discloses and protects information through vixaengine.com. It applies to this public website and its contact form. Enterprise customer data is governed by separate commercial and data-processing agreements.
1. Scope
This policy applies when you visit the VIXA website, change its language, submit an inquiry or communicate with us about a potential commercial relationship.
The public website currently does not provide a product account, public API access, a voice demo or an audio-upload feature.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the website and respond to legitimate business inquiries.
- Contact information you submit, including name, work email, company, industry, requested deployment mode and workflow description.
- The language version and page you request.
- Basic technical and security information that may be generated by hosting, form-delivery or analytics providers, such as browser type, referring page, approximate location, device category and timestamps.
- Campaign information contained in the URL, such as UTM parameters, when present.
3. How we use information
We use website information to:
- Respond to inquiries and evaluate whether VIXA may fit a proposed workflow.
- Prepare and follow up on pilots, integrations or commercial conversations.
- Understand website performance and which content is useful.
- Protect the website, prevent abuse and comply with applicable law.
4. Analytics and website measurement
If analytics is enabled, we may measure aggregate visits, referral sources, approximate geography, language selection, calls to action and form completion. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, form text or audio to analytics tools.
Where required, analytics will be configured with appropriate notice and consent controls.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting, security, form delivery, analytics and business communications. They may process information only to provide services to us or as required by law.
We may also disclose information when required by legal process, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information submitted through the inquiry form.
6. Enterprise customer audio and product data
Audio, transcripts, signals and related data processed for an enterprise customer are not governed solely by this website policy. Those data are handled under the applicable master agreement, statement of work, data-processing agreement and customer instructions.
Depending on the deployment, the customer may act as controller or business and VIXA may act as processor or service provider. Customers are responsible for establishing an appropriate legal basis, notice and consent for their workflows.
7. Retention
We retain inquiry information only while we have a legitimate business or legal need, such as responding to the request, maintaining commercial records, resolving disputes or enforcing agreements. We then delete or de-identify it when reasonably practicable.
8. International processing
Blaber Inc. and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections may differ by location. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for cross-border processing.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
To submit a privacy request, email tech@blaber.app. If your request concerns data controlled by a VIXA customer, contact that organization first; we will support the customer as required by the applicable agreement and law.
11. Children
The VIXA website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the website, services or legal requirements change. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
